Rolling Hills Wagyu is a family-owned farm located in Harley, Ontario, dedicated to raising full-blood American Wagyu to the highest standards. Our cattle are pasture-raised in a stress-free, natural environment, with fresh water and high-quality grains and hay. We strive to produce meat that is delicious, tender, and highly marbled, offering a premium dining experience. In addition to Wagyu beef, we also raise Suffolk sheep and plan to incorporate Spanish Iberico pork into our specialty meat offerings.
