At Rolling Hills Wagyu, we take pride in delivering the highest quality Wagyu beef, raised with care and handled with the utmost attention to food safety and freshness. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong items, or you experience an issue with product quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and, if approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
-You changed your mind after the order was shipped
-The product was not stored or handled properly after delivery
-More than 48 hours have passed since delivery without reporting an issue
