Rolling Hills Wagyu began its humble journey in 2022 as a family owned and operated farm by purchasing ‘Clara’ our first Wagyu cow. Over the last 3 years, our Wagyu family has increased through breeding and buying in high-quality genetics from across Canada and breeding with some of the best Wagyu bulls in the world through Artificial Insemination.

Our commitment to our customers - and to ourselves - is to raise full blood American Wagyu to the highest standards possible. Our quest to grow the best Wagyu is supported by consultation with professionals within the American Wagyu Association, of which we are members, and practical interaction with its’ members across Canada and the United States. Our cattle are raised in a stress free, natural environment. They are pasture fed, provided with fresh water and supplemented with high quality grains and hay.

We at Rolling Hills Wagyu truly have a passion for our product. Wagyu beef’s great taste and health benefits contribute to our well being.  According to health experts, the monounsaturated to saturated fat ratio is higher in Wagyu than in other beef. In addition to this, Wagyu beef contains omega 3 & omega 6 essential fatty acids. Consuming Wagyu beef is known to support heart health, lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease and has the lowest cholesterol of all meat including fish and chicken.

We strive to produce meat that is delicious, tender, and highly marbled!

Wagyu beef produces arguably the finest beef in theworld. The tenderness and unique taste of Wagyu beef (some people describe it as buttery), make for an exceptional dining experience. For this reason, this distinctive beef is finding its way onto the plates of fine
restaurants, expertly prepared by gourmet cooks and chefs across North America.

In addition to our Wagyu beef, we also raise Suffolk sheep, expanding our offering of specialty meat products. Current plans are to incorporate the Spanish Iberica pork to our specialty meat offering. This breed of pork is often referred to as the Wagyu of pork!

We recently relocated our family farm to Harley, Ontario. This centrally located operation can easily service destinations throughout southwestern Ontario. Here we are working on plans to build a new barn which will house our Wagyu beef in a new, clean, up-to-date facility. Completion of this is slated for fall of 2025. We look forward to partnering with exclusive clients like yourself as we develop and continue to grow our herd!
